– Quote/contact form: your name, company, email, phone and message. – Live chat: the messages you write and any information you voluntarily share (name, phone, email, product and quantity details). – Cookies and local storage: your language preference, live chat history and (only with your consent) anonymous visit statistics.
Purposes of Processing
Your data is processed to respond to your request, prepare quotations, manage customer relations and improve our services. Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Transfers
Your data may be shared, to the extent required by the service and in line with Article 9 of KVKK, with our hosting provider and the AI infrastructure provider that powers the live chat assistant. These providers may not use your data for their own purposes.
Retention
Form and chat records are kept for the duration required by the business relationship and statutory retention obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
Your Rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you may: learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing, request correction of incomplete/inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction, object to results arising from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damages.
